journey

Hi, I'm Hana.

A Bay Area–born South Asian queer woman, mother, therapist, teacher, and more.

I offer a warm, grounded space rooted in curiosity, connection, and care.

You’re curious about your inner world, looking to understand patterns, and wanting to build healthier connections.

Maybe it’s your first time in therapy, or maybe you’ve been here before — either way, you’re welcome.

I often work with QTBIPOC, young adults, neurodivergent people, educators, artists, healing practitioners, parents, and couples (including those in non-traditional relationship structures).

I also support people exploring harm reduction.

ABOUT YOU

ABOUT US

We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

My style is patient, collaborative, and flexible, offering empathy, reflection, and validation along the way.

Many clients leave sessions feeling more grounded, resilient, and empowered.

My goal is to work myself out of a job ;)

Together, we might draw on mindfulness, creative expression, or grounding practices you can carry into daily life.

I also support depth-oriented work, including IFS aka “parts” therapy, shadow work, inner child exploration, and integrating non-ordinary states of consciousness.
